Tina, it reheats very nicely in the microwave. I would cut it and reheat the individual servings and just not too hot or too long or it will get rubbery

Tina Brennan - I've been making this for years. It reheats very well in the microwave. You can also make a dinner version with hamburger, garnish the top with shredded lettuce & sliced tomatoes or chopped leftover chicken & broccoli. Enjoy.
